Returns & Exchange
We believe that our customers should enjoy the full benefits of online shopping, that’s why we are sharing our 7-Day return / replacement policy to allow faulty products to be returned/replaced within the specified period.
Products can be replaced or returned in two conditions:
- The customer received a wrong product.
- The product has any manufacturing defects.
At this point, the product can be replaced with the same model or with a different product listed on our website. (Price difference will apply if customer will select replacement a different product).
Conditions for returns and replacement:
- We highly recommend that customer thoroughly inspects the product in front of delivery person to avoid any disputes. In case of any issues with product appearance inform us within 24 hours.
- The product should contain all accessories, boxes, tags/stickers, instructions that came with the package.
- The product should not be used: It should be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
- We will not entertain related queries after the specified period.
- Change of mind or if the customer “no longer wants the product” are not applicable.
- The original invoice is required for further process.
- Customers cannot return a product to upgrade it to a better product.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
- In case the defect is due to improper use (improper voltage, exposure to liquid, misuse etc.), the after-sales service department will decide after a detailed verification.
Issuance of Refunds
The time needed to complete the refund process depends on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. Before starting the refund process, the product undergoes a quality check. If the product is approved for a refund, the customer will receive it in:
- 5 working days if payment was by cash.
- 7 working days if payment was by cheque.
- 10 working days if payment was by credit card.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

General Return Guidelines
In order for any AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae product to qualify for a return, you must return the time in 24 Hours of Delivery with original Invoice. Please contact Customer Service before attempting to receive a return. We must verify the goods are in good enough condition to qualify for a return and we will not cover the cost to ship returnable items to AMANOON IT TRADING LLC /uaedubai.ae. All replacement items will be shipped for free to our customers. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. The product itself must be 100% intact and in the same condition it was when it was sold. All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition it was provided to you and AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae by the original manufacturer. Any packaging materials included with your purchase that include, but are not limited to, disks, CDs, manuals, materials, warranty cards and digital media must be returned with the item.

- Accessories
- Software products
- Cartridges
- Toners
- Any customized configuration product supplies are not eligible for return.
- Any export purchased are not eligible for return.
- Any Non local Distributors products are not eligible for return.

Supplier and/or Manufacturer Restrictions
Some of the suppliers/manufacturers of AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae may have restrictions that prevent our customer service staff from processing your return/exchange, credit or replacement request. Any requests for exchange/return, refund, credit, repair or replacement for these items must be handled directly through the manufacturer and/or supplier. These products will not be handled by the AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae customer service crew. You can find return/exchange policy information about those particular products by visiting the supplier and/or manufacturer website directly.
Consumable Products
Consumable products will not qualify for a return and/or exchange through AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae. Any support, requests for replacement, or issues with these products must be directly handled through the customer support of the manufacturer of the consumable product. Consumable products include, but are not limited to:
- Ink cartridges
- Toner cartridges
- Blank media discs
Refund Policy
In the event you would like a refund of a purchase made through AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae are subject to sole desertion of AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae and it’s qualification procedure under the information provided in this policy, All refund will be charged irrespective of the condition of the product at a minimum of 30% of the product value after deduction of discount coupon/voucher if any used under the purchase made. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable and are borne by the customer. The refund amount will return in the form of a Credit Voucher and/or Credit Memo. AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae does not provide cash or credit refunds. All Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers must be redeemed in the AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae store within six months of issue. You can redeem your Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers to buy any items you like that is sold on uaedubai.ae.
Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers will be successful under following conditions;
- Individual use only; coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
- Exclude sale items; the coupon will not apply to items on sale. Per-item coupons will only work if the item is not on sale. Per-cart coupons will only work if there are no sale items in the cart.
- You can only use one discount or credit voucher per order.
- If your purchase amount is more than your credit voucher amount, you will be required to pay the difference amount when you checkout.
- If your purchase amount is less than the amount on your credit voucher, you will need to shop more in order to match the same amount.
- Any balance will not be refunded either in the form of voucher or cash.
