If you wish to purchase UAE Dubai products or services, you will be required to supply accurate information, including (but not limited to) personal information, credit card, and all other payment information. UAEDubai.ae collects the details provided by you on registration together with information we learn about you from your use of our service and your visits to our Site and other sites accessible from them. We also collect information about the transactions you undertake, including details of payment cards used. We may collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback or completing profile forms. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and Site use, which enables us to improve the service we provide. What is the return policy for product purchsed on uaedubai.ae?
Refunds are issued only for the sale amount at the current selling market value of the component(s) inside the computer and doesn't include shipping/freight charges. Additionally, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee to computer system unless ALL three conditions below have been met: Your UNOPENED purchase is returned to UAE Dubai within 30 days of original delivery. There is defective hardware component(s) inside the computer creating stability/performance issue. UAE Dubai or a third-party computer company contracted by UAE Dubai has verified that the stability/performance issues are a direct result of the hardware inside the computer and NOT the software (i.e. the operating system, drivers, or software)

How do I refund my purchase?
All refund will be charged irrespective of the condition of the product at a minimum of 30% of the product value after deduction of discount coupon/voucher if any used under the purchase made. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable and are borne by the customer. The refund amount will return in the form of a Credit Voucher and/or Credit Memo. AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae does not provide cash or credit refunds. All Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers must be redeemed in the AMANOON IT TRADING LLC/uaedubai.ae store within six months of issue. You can redeem your Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers to buy any items you like that is sold on uaedubai.ae.
Do I get a receipt after placing my online order?
Yes, you would receive the receipt in both ways one would be online and the other would be through shipping
Can I redeem Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers?
It can be successful under following conditions: Individual use only; coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. Exclude sale items; the coupon will not apply to items on sale. Per-item coupons will only work if the item is not on sale. Per-cart coupons will only work if there are no sale items in the cart. You can only use one discount or credit voucher per order. If your purchase amount is more than your credit voucher amount, you will be required to pay the difference amount when you checkout. If your purchase amount is less than the amount on your credit voucher, you will need to shop more in order to match the same amount. Any balance will not be refunded either in the form of voucher or cash.
Is the payment made on uaedubai.ae safe and secure?
Our Payment Gateway is 3D secured and is Visa verified and MasterCard secured. Your credit card details are not stored on our website. We accept all internationally accepted visa/master debit/credit card issued in UAE/GCC.

Do you deliver on holidays?
UAE Dubai cannot deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Do you deliver anywhere in uae?
No. Delivery areas are limited to City limits only that are: Abu Dhabi Ajman Dubai Fujairah Ras al-Khaimah Sharjah Umm al-Quwain
How many days does it take for order delivery within the uae?
It takes 2 – 5 working days to deliver the order within UAE. In case of accessories/straight PC builds, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 3-5 working days and 10-15 working days for liquid cooling builds. In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Uaedubai.ae reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.
